Sup guize. For the few who accompany me on dA (and to them a say thank you ;< ) here's some update.

I have graduated from University (on summer, yeah, some months ago) and now I am waiting to see if I get accepted to work (computer stuff, data managment and other small stuff for an association). Would be nice to get my hands on some cash. It'd be easier to sustain my manga addiction and buy some ocasional games (I lost fffuu). And of course, save up some earnings.

Anyway, I am writting to speak about a movie I just saw yesterday: yes, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Ok, so, for me, this surely has to be the worst movie yet. I understand they have to leave some things out, but they just left so much that if the current HP movies were hard to follow for anyone that didn't read the books, I'm sure the remaining two will make almost no sense.

The movie has some weird plot decisions that I just can't understand why they did that if time was already so short. The Burrow: burnt down. I mean... WHAT THE HELL?! It adds nothing to the plot besides some nice fireworks (and develop the over developed Harry x Ginny romance interest). It was plainly stupid.

Death Eater 1: hey guize, u know wat'd be fun?
Death Eater 2: do tell lol.
Death Eater 1: let's burn down the burrow just for kicks.
Death Eater 2: lmao let's do that.
Greyback: kk follow the lead bitches LOL!

Harry watching Dumbledore dying without being petrified as he was in the movie is another thing that I can't understand. Nice going, totally killing his character in one shot. The new prime minister doesn't even appear, Harry doesn't know a thing about the remaining Horcrux... The list goes on, but I haven't read the book in a while, so I don't remember that much. Plus I'm trying to not be too picky. >:

But yeah, a lot of things are left out, and what do you get in exchange. Romance. Oh yeah baby. Remember that Hermione x Ron wasn't all that obvious 'till the last book or something like that? Well, in the movie it goes sorta like this

Hermione: hey harry, how does it feel when ginny is making out with dean? >:
*ron appears snogging lavender*
Hermione: baaaawwwwwww ;_______;
Harry: it feels like this lol ;<

If there's one thing the movies have been doing right is capturing the growing dark atmosphere that can be "seen" in the books. But they put so much screen time on stupid romance interest that for me it just took me away from the movie.

For me, there's still no beating HP1 and HP2 in terms of adaptation from the book to the big screen. Sure, it's much more lighthearted, but so were the books. (´_>`)

tl;dr: Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince is terrible, some good touches but overall a complete mess. ;<
